Dirty room, Good staff

Great location, nice staff, but room was dirty and not cleaned properly in a while - sheets were very dirty - stained with many red spots in some areas, black smears in others. room there was mold on the ceiling. And no proper vacuuming was evident by the loads of dust under bed, we found after dropping something. I covered myself with a towel in the night, because we found our late and had to sleep, Shower was tidy evidently old but overall well kept. Again, staff were very nice and since we found out very late - I didnt bothet informing them. We just dealted with it. Water was warm at the hottest but that was fine with us.

The Lalisa is a friendly and very convenient hotel especially since it also offers parking. I have stayed there many times and will do again in the future. Thoroughly recommended.

The staff are very friendly and always willing to help with a smile. Location is in the middle of the hot spot. Lively Location. Tons of eating options and a short walk to the beach.

I have stayed at the Lalisa many times. It is a nice friendly and not too expensive hotel. It also has car parking which is a great plus in Ao Nang. I like this hotel very much and will certainly stay there again.
