− Communication from the host was very disappointing and made our arrival stressful. We asked for parking information starting 10 days before our stay but received no response, which reflects poorly on basic hosting standards. The apartment, located on the third floor and accessible only by keyed elevator, had a broken door lock and no door separating the elevator from the unit, raising serious security concerns. The toilet was near the elevator but far from the bedrooms, which felt inconvenient and unsafe at night. The bedroom blinds were also poorly installed, with noticeable gaps that compromised privacy.

8.0何と言っても、立地が素晴らしいです。 鎌倉駅から小町通りに入り直ぐなので。友人と4人で泊まったのですが、それぞれベッドがあり、ぐっすり眠れました。 キッチンは広くて、料理はしなかったけど、お茶は入れたりできるので、リビングでおしゃべりしながらお茶をゆっくり飲むことができました。

8.0駅、繁華街に近かったこと。それなのに、とても静かでした。各部屋、洗面所もトイレも広くて快適でした。 床暖房があり、暖かく、台所での料理もしやすかったです。当日朝にいただいたメールに気が付かず、電話をしたところ、丁寧に説明をしてくださいました。
− 台所の一部の戸棚が外れそうで、扱いに不安がありました。洗面台の鏡の電気が切れていました。

5.0Great location, lots of space and all the things you need
− The upstairs apartment was very loud, doors slamming could hear everything and making noise all hours all night ; we got NO restful sleep. We left after our 2nd night and moved to a much better location
