4.0The room was very nice when we first saw it big new looking and modern but the toilet was covered in wee which I cleaned with a wipe . There was a self service kitchen that we were shown to do breakfast with bread, crumpets and cereal when we went to breakfast the bread and crumpets were a week out of date and there was green mould on the bread , the milk was 3 days out of date so we couldn’t even have cereal as the milk was bad . Absolutely disgusting and disappointed ☹️ no one to tell about this as it was very early in the morning.

2.0Absolutely outrageous Noisy pub next door until 02:30 am No heating facilities and no warm water. Called hotel.co for relocation, after 45 min told can not do anything!!!!!!! After formal complaint they refunded £15,,,, absolutely disgusted.......... worse ever experience
