2.0Hindi namin tinuloy ang pag checkin. We want a full refund ng binayad namin. Ibang iba ang itsura bg room na nasa picture nyo sa binibigay samin. Yung bed nasa sahig lang. Napaka baho at may sira ang ilaw. Nasira ang new year namin dahil dito!
