I stayed 5 nights for snowboarding. The host can drive you to Gondola, and you can just ski-in at the end of the day. What impressed me most is their hospitality, if you have any problem, just ask and they will help you. 10 out of 10 for great service!

Nice Quaint Hotel with Excellent Hospitality

I was here for an 8-day ski trip, 6 nights in a Western-style room, and 1 night in a Japanese-style room. The hotel is very spacious and I really like the rustic/quaint atmosphere. I really liked that the western room had a couch. Made full use of the onsen and ski locker room in the basement. Free Kaiseki Breakfast was very convenient. There's a free shuttle to the lifts and going back just involves skiing down the slop across the road from the hotel. The town centre is still walkable from here, despite how it looks on the map.

We stayed for 8 days with other families, the services we got from the hotel boss and his son are excellent! They made all of us feel like home! It’s so warmth and sweet! It’s Xmas, the chef home made a Xmas cake for us as complimentary and surprise to us! They also offer us the apples and oranges which they bought it for their friends! All dinners were different and it was a surprise to experience each meal! It’s the first time to stay in this kind of hotel!
