4.0Location is around 7 - 9 Km away from the nuwara eliya town. We booked 2 family room and both washrooms are worst. There no enough water, hand showers were brocken, washroom lights want work time to time, smell. No water bottles, soap, shampoo in the room. Not enough car park. There is no water tap for hand wash in the room or in the lobby except washroom. On the other hand, people who work there were very friendly and supportive.
