10.0Lovely hotel, great staff, we were placed in The Carousel so couldn't have been further away from everything but peak holiday season and we arrived late in the evening and weren't staying for long so took it on the chin.

6.0The location is not good for us. Also very disappointed in the Turf Club. Waited almost hour before our waiter showed up. He was very nice but food was just so so. Definitely would not return.
