Room was satisfactory but bathroom showers was dirty

− The laundry facilities were awful. The dryer ruined one of my workout shirts. It got black marks all over our clothes. Manager on duty did put an out of order sign on it after the fact. Everytime I went to the desk the GM was not in the office or was on a meeting. I chose not to call her because I knew I would be blown off.
