2.01. Non-functional Bathroom Door: The bathroom door is broken, has no working lock, and cannot close properly. This is a complete violation of privacy and basic safety. 2. Broken Coffee Maker: The coffee machine in the room is entirely out of order.
Caution! Staff and conditions poor.
2.0Requested a room near by and the front desk, but staff gave me one farthest away right next to the freeway. Deferred maintenance visible and needs huge improvement.

− The cleaning lady came to my 432 door at 9 am she directly opened the door and started saying cleaning cleaning are you ready for cleaning I say many times no and she kept asking do You want cleaning 😭😭😭 it was too early to me to get up 😒
