− Elevators have issues. Sometimes they dont even stop at your floor.
Two pools and no access to chairs.
6.0The room was nice. Had a full size fridge, stove, and microwave. The location is hard to beat. It’s not right in the busy section of the boardwalk but still on the boardwalk.
− The pools. They are nice pools but there is ZERO rule enforcement. People get up at 7AM to put towels on “their” claimed chairs and you might not see them all day long. If you get there at 10-11AM like a normal person all of the chairs are taken and they will be taken all day long. That was by far the worst part of this hotel. Other than that it was great.

9.0We love the size of the room and the view location was good other than the tram is not in service anymore and it's a long walk to the end of the boardwalk we're the entertainment is.We loved the pool bar and pools.
− We requested a higher but got a room on the 3rd but made the best of it.This was our 5th time staying at this hotel and we always got our request for a higher floor so I'm not going to complain to much about it other than that we had a wonderful stay.
