6.0− I’ve stayed at Rosen Inn several times over the years, and that’s why it’s especially disappointing to write this review. I’ve always chosen this hotel because of my previous positive experiences, but this visit was very different. During one stay, I found two cockroaches in my room. I immediately reported the issue to the staff, but unfortunately, I was not offered a different room. Then, on another stay with my family, the room we were assigned had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. I truly wanted to keep giving this hotel another chance because of my past experiences, but after these incidents, I left feeling disappointed. Cleanliness and guest comfort should always be a priority, and sadly, this time they were not. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the experience for future guests.

− Beds are small for a triple room booked for 3 adults , the room was never cleaned , they only put coffee and new towels
