8.0I had a lovely stay. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and all of the amenities were excellent. But there were a lot of hidden fees I didn’t know bait beforehand which was an unpleasant surprise.

Absolutely stunning hotel - couple of niggles
10.0Absolutely stunning hotel with lovely surroundings. Room were fresh comfortable and bathroom clean. The one downside. Very very noisy during the night there was a function on and we had to get sleep to get up early next morning. The noise kept us up most of the night. The next morning the smell of weed around our room area was very strong. Loved this hotel apart from that.

10.0The hotel and grounds look beautiful and it’s perfectly located for many things to do in Chester. The room was very clean and equipped with everything you might need. We found the mattress quite hard but that’s maybe our personal preference. The shower wasn’t over powerful either but nothing to complain about. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and staff were attentive. We would stay again.
