Great Staff made our Stay.
8.0We stayed at the De Falcon for 1 week from 13.12.25 in a Deluxe Double Room. on arrival we noticed the building works directly in front of the hotel reception (very close proximity) they didn’t affect our stay apart from the messy entrance road/path making it hard to get our suitcases to the hotel. Check in was good, we were offered a cold drink as soon as we arrived & quickly shown to our room, the 1st room we were given was not good, it didn’t smell very nice & didn’t look too clean, the bed sheets were dirty and threadbare, we were quickly shown to another room which was a lot better, the room was basic & in need of a refurb but we took it. the TV didn’t work so they quickly swapped it with a TV from another room, the WIFI was very hit & miss. the hot water was hit & miss, the overall water pressure was not very good, it only increased when a noisy pump kicked in every now and then. Breakfast was ok, they make an excellent milky coffee which we had every morning with our freshly cooked eggs and toast. We had an evening meal one day at the hotel, it took over an hour to arrive, but when it did it was the very good, tasty & excellent value for money. The Pool is small and in need of maintenance. The hotel is generally clean, but it needs a lot of maintenance to bring it up to the standards of other local hotels in the same price bracket, they did have a handyman on site who was doing the best he could but it’s a big job for one person. The one thing that made our stay good was the hotel staff, the reception & restaurant staff were all very helpful, a big shout out to Angam Shatsang in the Restaurant! We were the only international tourists at the hotel, most British tourists would give it a wide berth, but im glad we spent a week at this hotel (we did 8 hotels in our 8 week stay) as the staff made our stay memorable.

Just don’t book it. Not worth the price
2.0Room was terrible. We had no access to the balcony and the balcony windows were painted over so we got no day light in the room at all. The TV worked but had no signal, you could only stream on it. The main shower head wouldn’t turn on so originally had to shower under the foot tap before we got creative. We had to use a hanger from the wardrobe to hang on the main shower head and balance the hand-held shower head in the hanger. Even then the water was cold so didn’t have a good shower the whole stay. We had no hair drier, kettle or toiletries as stated we would get on our booking. It looks nothing like the pictures. The pool was dirty and the draws and wardrobe was dusty so we couldn’t use them. Cobwebs in the rooms. No daily house keeping. We were only given 1 towel for a booking of 2 people and given one flat pillow each to sleep on. Ended up having to use my travel pillow on top. Fan also falling off the ceiling so didn’t seem safe to use.
Wouldn’t return
2.0It was close by to the main strip
− We had no access to the balcony. The balcony doors were painted so we got no day light. No signal on the TV. Main Shower head broken so had to hang the other shower head on a hanger. Shower was cold. No hair dryer, kettle or toiletries. Only given 1 towel for 2 guests. Only one very flat pillow each. Draws were dusty so couldn’t use them. No daily house keeping. Fan on ceiling did not look safe.

6.0Great location, and where are great ,room clean, but that's about it . We were the only English speaking in the hotel,( not that it was a problem we are in india) but it's was hard to explain when we had a problem. The pool was very tiny with people spitting in it ,a guy was getting phlegm of this chest and spitting it on the floor , the breakfast left a lot to be desired, I wouldn't be stay here again .
