The absolute worst
2.0The absolute worst experience of my entire life. They serve drinks to minors and they don’t take any responsibility for them ending up assaulting innocent guests. Unacceptable and disgusting.
Great place for families
10.0This Is a fantastic hotel with such personalized and great service and lovely people. I bring my daughter and grandkids on the routine.Here we get a king sweet with two big rooms in beds and two bathtubs and enjoy the free breakfast and kind of a light salad chips reception in the evening with a free drink. The pool is small, but warm.Does a hot tub. The beds have caught linens, which many hotels are moving over to polyester.But these are very nice. It's just really great hotel , and I strongly recommend it

Business stay felt more like a girls trip!
10.0From check in to check out my friends and I enjoyed our stay! Joseph at the front desk was a joy to be greeted with and answered all of our questions every time we stopped by the front desk. We had a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa. It was nice to have a sofa area to relax on. I really liked having the sink area separate from the toilet and shower room. With 3 ladies getting ready, it made it easier. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool, steam room and sauna in the evenings as well. All were clean and maintained. Although the jets in the hot tub weren’t very powerful. At breakfast, the options were potatoes, sausages, scrambled eggs, breakfast burritos with chorizo, eggs and potatoes, waffles, cereal, yogurt, and oatmeal. Having Hotel Katerina next door with the rooftop bar and entertainment was an added bonus! We’d definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Chico!
