10.0Room was great- clean, spacious enough (four single beds). Staff explained things in English. Buffet breakfast had lots of options and had ingredient cards by each dish detailing allergens in that dish. My friends successfully avoided gluten and dairy , getting enough to eat with no ill effects. Parking under hotel is expensive, but reasonable for Tokyo and convenient. Right next to Osaki station with the Yamanote line among others.
