Nothing it horrible

− My family and i have been a loyal customer of this Quality Inn for 6 to 7 years, but my recent stay was disappointing. The rooms were unclean, the floors were unhygienic, and there was a strong unpleasant odor. When I reported the issues to the office, the manager was unprofessional and rude. She even attempted to charge me for having service animals. I would not recommend staying here as the Quality Inn has clearly declined in quality.

Over the past 7 years, I have been a loyal customer, but the last 2 years of visits have fallen short of expectations. Regrettably, I heeded my own judgment over my husband's advice and revisited this year. My primary concern revolves around Manager Sabrina's request for payment for my service animals, despite their annual accompaniment. When we brought this to the office's attention, the rooms provided were unready and in unacceptable condition - marked by a potent smell, stained carpet, damaged bathroom ceiling with spiderwebs, and poor bed conditions. Given the room state, potential guests should carefully weigh the cost against the experience. The manager's demeanor was not helpful, and staff behavior was lacking in respect. Consequently, I have reached out to relevant authorities, including the ADA Service Animal Requirements, the California Civil Rights Department, and the Better Business Bureau.

− Something in my bathroom was leaking and we had to replace our own lightbulb

Overall very good.

The staff was able to get us early check in, they were very helpful, let us swim in the pool until the rooms were ready.

− There was a wasp nest outside our room in the upstairs.
