6.0The staff was friendly.
− The hotel side entry door did not latch or seal, a serious safety issue in my opinion. The bed sheet had like melted plastic spots so I had to ask for new bedding and there were no cleaning crew so I had to unmake and remake the bed. The flooring also looked dirty, like it needed vacuuming and there was not much water pressure.

9.0Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean and updated. Housekeeping came every day to make bed, empty garbage, made sure we had clean towels. We have stayed at other hotels where we didnt see house keeping the entire stay. If we r back in the area of Grand Island we will certainly stay there again. The reason i booked this hotel to begin with was due to the good/excellent ratings. That means more to me than being close to the event we were attending.

4.0It was a lower priced for 2 rooms so we went with this.
− One room the bathroom didn’t work so they had to move . My room the carpet was dirty with a urine smell coming from the bathroom.
