− They got an additional charges of 3 dollars a day convenience fee and signs up in breakfast area about not taking food out the area I wanted to fix my breakfast and eat in the room not that area

6.0− I booked a room with two king beds and a queen, when I got there they told me that they don’t have rooms that size. I booked for that size so my family would fit comfortably, we had to squeeze in. The room that we got was supposed to be two queen beds but the beds weren’t queen, they were full and very hard!
