2.0The location And Lakeview was great.
− Our room 2154 looked nothing like the picture on the website. It was old, outdated, ran down. Light in bathroom only worked half the time, no refrigerator, the door lock looked like it was going to fall off
For the price we at least expected it to be clean. I wish I would have realized it was old and not updated. The pictures
4.0The lobby area was nice.
− Our room at the Avila suites was dirty. There was trash behind dressers. A lot of it. Hair clumps in the showers and in the sink. Trash behind the couch. Freezer was dirty. Food in cabinets that was half gone. Several outlets and lights did not work. The balcony needed swept or wiped down before you could even step out.

besides what was mentioned the breakfast buffet could use some additional help with options for $16

− My room was not up to par for a Four-Season property the bathroom was unclean there was hair and mold visible, and the toilet also had some sort of residue or mold

− The carpet was stained and could be consider a trip hazard. I would usually not care about it but I’ve had a double hip replacement and there were other older people complaining about it
