We liked everything about this apartment. The host ( I believe his name is Sasa) was super helpful. For example on day 1 the coffee maker didn't work....the next day he came by with a brand new one. Furthermore on our last day we asked for a late check out because we had an evening flight. He allowed us to stay until 5PM, which was was absolutely awesome.

− Almost everything was perfect. The only 'flaw' was that the wifi was not always working or was slow

La struttura si trova al terzo piano,in una stradina comodissima al centro, ma non in mezzo alla confusione. L'appartamento è molto curato, pulito meticolosamente e l'attenzione per i dettagli è eccellente. Il letto matrimoniale ha un materasso matrimoniale, una bella sorpresa, finalmente!! Il divano letto è comodissimo. La cucina è ben fornita, è presente un angolo colazione con tutto ciò che serve. Il bagno è molto grande, la doccia ha ottime misure. Presenti due split per l'aria condizionata, ha fatto piacere arrivare e trovare la casa fresca. Wii fii eccellente. Come ho detto sopra, la cura per i dettagli fa la differenza. Tornerei sicuramente. Ho potuto anticipare di un'ora il check-in senza problemi. Al momento della partenza ho incontrato la proprietaria che abita al primo piano. Una signora molto gentile e cordiale che ci ha salutati con un sorriso invitandoci a ritornare. Prima di arrivare mi sono rapportato con una persona dell'agenzia che segue la gestione degli ospiti, è stata molto disponibile e professionale. ho potuto usufruire di un parcheggio privato a pagamento (15 euro al giorno) dove potevo entrare ed uscire a qualsiasi ora. Il parcheggio si trova a 300 metri dalla struttura. Ottima esperienza.

Dit appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt in Rovinj. Geweldige locatie, uitstekende faciliteiten, super goede service. Parkeerplaats werd geregeld op een paar minuten lopen. Weekend tripje Rovinj? Dit gewoon boeken. Geen gedoe

Wonderful old building in central old town where there is a lot to see right outside the door. Full apartment so plenty of room to stretch out. Comfortable bed, big tv for rainy evenings.

− Some might find the stairs a bit much, but they do warn. A diagram from parking to the unit would be nice. It's not far, but not self evident how to get to it. Well equipped kitchen, but bring your own coffee creamer. Finicky lock at lower door.

Adoramos nossa estadia! O apartamento tinha tudo o que precisávamos e até mais. Muito confortável, bem equipado e extremamente aconchegante. A cama e o chuveiro eram maravilhosos, fazendo toda a diferença após um dia inteiro passeando. A localização também é excelente, bem central e com fácil acesso a tudo. O estacionamento oferecido por eles fica a apenas 6 minutos a pé, o que foi super prático. Com certeza recomendamos e voltaríamos a nos hospedar aqui novamente!

Terrific spot to visit Rovinj.

Amazing spot in Old Town Rovinj. Large living space very clean and well stocked with essentials. Really appreciated the tea and coffee bar. Walking distance from the bus stop right in the heart of Old Town but very quiet . Bedroom is at the back of the apartment one block off a main busy street. Comfortable bed. Highly recommend this property.
