A complete disaster!
1.0Apartment already booked and occupied by someone else. Offered very small attic room instead. Absolutely not acceptable. Owner most apologetic, but the mistake is with Booking.com. He is happy to refund in full, but not seeing any sign of a refund despite approaches to Booking.
