Nothing significant. Any requests we had were addressed promptly by the staff.
9.0The villa was clean, spacious, and well maintained. Housekeeping was provided whenever needed, and the staff regularly checked in with us through WhatsApp to ensure everything was going well. Their responsiveness and attention to guests made our stay very comfortable. The private pool and convenient location were also highlights of our stay.

8.0The property located in the heart of kerobokan/seminyak and it was perfect for me & family. The entrance is quite hidden you might missed it for the 1st time
− The villa was clean, however might need some repair in several spots. For example there are loose tiles in the swimming pool that could be fixed. The entrance door to the villa is a bit jammed. I find it hard to find trash bins and amenities in the living room (eg. Tissue, dishwashing soap) i had to buy it myself and ask for additional to the team

− Needs updating maintenance poor... pool decking worn ..very basic lounge..showers not working correctly..could be alot better if updated
