10.0Very friendly host. I had asked for the room to be set up for a birthday and they did just that. The room itself was clean all round and had everything we needed. Unfortunately we only stayed the night but would have been happy to stay a few more. Breakfast was nice and overall just a very relaxing environment.

9.0Brilliant location, we didn’t use the car for the two nights we stayed as there was plenty to do. Good parking and very pretty house and garden, even had breakfast on the patio one morning. Good places to eat in Lynmouth too.
