HORRIBLE !!!

− Vraiment affreux cet hôtel ! À fuir, le personnel super désagréable, les chambres ne sont pas celles représentées sur les photos. En arrivant le premier jour , il n’y avait personne à la réception et personne ne répondaient au téléphone, ils m’ont laissé dehors toute la nuit (j’ai dû prendre une nuit ailleurs) et m’ont répondu le lendemain qu’il fallait que je les préviennent de l’heure d’arriver. Bref, HORRIBLE

This property is terrible. Pool area is dangerous (dirty, uneven tiles, exposed filter unit that wasn't even working). Nobody was manning the reception area, the place was deserted most of the time. The room was unclean and did not smell good (drain/toilet smell was awful). No soap/shower gel in bathroom. Broken soap dispenser on floor. Filthy plastic bin. Shower fitting corroded and caked in limescale. Filthy mirror, covered in limescale. Sheets on bed were musty smelling. Worst of all, the plug of the bedside lamp was rusty and cracked, exposing a bare electrical wire. I could have electrocuted myself had i not noticed before trying to plug it in. I had to stay 2 nights, as i was unable to book another hotel at short notice You (Expedia) should be ashamed of yourselves for endorsing this appalling property! You will be hearing from my credit card company with regard to a refund of the 7 days that i (justifiably, in my opinion) cancelled!

Complete lack of basic cleanliness

Nothing, we left immediately after check in due to the lack of cleanliness.

− We had booked two rooms. The bed sheets in one room were stained yellow. Ants in the bathroom, sink and bathroom were filthy, splatters of dirt on the tv screen, dirty sun loungers and pool area. Once we checked in we immediately left for lunch to try and find somewhere else to book. Upon returning about 35 minutes later there was no staff around and they were not responding via WhatsApp. I highlighted the issues via WhatsApp using photos and asked for at least a partial refund as we had booked for 3 nights and did not even touch the beds / use any facilities, which they refused. Extremely unhelpful and disappointing. We had read previous reviews highlighting concerns about cleanliness, however, the hotel had responded the these stating they would improve which is why we booked. I do not recommend booking this property if you are looking for somewhere clean to stay.

− * So old & Dirty *The breakfast options are so limited. * No hot water in the shower. * the towels provided are old and not clean
