4.0Die gute Lage direkt am Meer.
− - Gar keine Rezeption - keinen richtigen Ansprechpartner - und per Whatsapp kamen nur Pauschalantworten - unsere Beschwerde über das dreckige Zimmer wurde nicht mit einer Reinigung nachgekommen, wie versprochen - wir sollten auch noch eine Müllgebühr zahlen - statt um 11:00 Uhr sollten wir laut Mail plötzlich um 10:30 Uhr raus sein
Gute Erholung am Strand von Niendorf
8.0Supertolle Lage, direkt an der Strandpromenade. Nur für Fußgänger und Radfahrer, in kurzen Abständen immer wieder Strandzugänge. Zimmer war relativ modern eingerichtet, sehr gute Betten. Das Highlight war der Balkon mit Blick auf die Ostsee.

1.0Die Lage
− Die Duschwand ist kaputt und der Duschkopf verkalkt. Sind am Montag Nachmittag angekommen und haben es Dienstag morgens gemeldet. Die Antwort war, dass wir es früher hätten melden müssen. Wir duschen morgens und ich habe es sofort gemeldet. Wenn ich in einem so überteuertem Hotel übernachte, teste ich nicht die Dusche…. Ich gehe davon aus, dass alles funktioniert.

7.0Die Lage des Hotels ist super, direkt an der Promenade und nur 100m zum Hafen. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Bett war bequem.
− Der Code für den Schlüsselkasten kam bei uns nicht an. Der Link zum digitalen Gästebuch ließ sich im Browser nicht öffnen. Der Sprachcomputer den man bei Fragen anrufen kann ist eine armselige Katastrophe. Bei einer anderen Telefonnummer war man sehr unfreundlich, weil wir über Booking.com gebucht hatten.
