− רעש וצעקות עד אמצע הלילה באחד הלילות בגלל תלמידי בית הספר ששהו במקום

7.0את ניקיון החדר, הקרבה לכל הדברים סביב.
− קבלת חדרים בשלוש, ואומרים לי בקבלה- נוודא שהחדר מוכן. 15:00 זה מספיק מאוחר לקבל חדר, ועוד להגיד לנו רק נוודא שהוא מוכן?? אין מעלית לקומה 3 ואנחנו עם מזוודה כבדה מאוד. מגיעים לקומה - המנקה באמצע עבודה. למה הצ'ק אין מאוחר, ועדין מנקים?? סכנת החלקה!! מלוכלך, ואמצ"ב תמונות. איפה המנקה כשצריך אותה?? בחדר האוכל מטונף בכל מקום, ואין מילוי לאחר שהקודמים שסעדו שם עזבו, ושעות פעילות חדר האוכל עדיין בעיצומן. בלילה של שישי כשחזרנו - השער לא נפתח. אין אף אחד בקבלה שרשום שמאויישת 24/7!!! אני מגיעה ברגל לקבלה - ריק. מתקשרת לטלפון שמצויין עליו "חירום", אין מענה!! חיכיתי מספיק כדי שהבחור יגיע, ויווכח שהטלפוןשלו על שקט!! חירום?? הצחקתם אותו. 4 אנשים בחדר, 2 בקבוקונים של תחליב רחצה. זה נראה מספיק?
