見た目はよいが、満足できないホテルでした。
7.0設備やアメニティはよかった。
− 清掃が行き届いていませんでした。浴室の排水口は前の宿泊者の髪がつまっており、歯磨き粉のゴミもシャンプーの裏に置いており気分が悪くなりました。そのごみは5泊しても捨てられず、適当に清掃していることがわかりました。ヘアブラシも前の人が使ったものが袋にいれられて、髪がたくさん絡まっていました。アメニティを置いていただけるのは大変有り難いですが、前の人が使ったものを清掃、消毒せず使い回すのはやめたほうがいいと思います。

7.0Para quem vai participar de eventos no EXCO a localização é perfeita. O quarto é espaçoso e o café da manhã é excelente. Atendimento na recepção é muito rápido e atencioso.
