8.0Before dtg sini sy baca review ada jugak yg teruk2, tp sy tetap je book jugak sbb percaya oyo hotel byk yg okay. Bila dh dtg, bilik yg sy dpt semua nya okay, aircond sejuk, bilik selesa & hotel cantik. Mknn breakfast pun sesuai dgn tekak saya, berbaloi dgn harga yg dibayar. Thank you oyo!
Great stay with affordable budget
8.0it is a very good stay as the staff are friendly, with simple but delicious breakfast and not to mention in the mid of kota tinggi city. The only cons i would say is the parking lot.

4.01) very strong smoking smell, even though i book non-smoking room, ash trays were provided indicating smoking is allowed. It was stated that all their rooms were non-smoking, then why provide the ash trays? i developed a flu after taking in the smoke for 1 night. 2) no wet/dry area in toilet, the whole floor is wet after a shower 3) 1 of the toilet door is not aligned properly, resulting in unable to fully close and lock 4) toilet door opens loudly, i was jolted out of sleep when someone else went to the toilet in the middle of the night 5) i saw cob webs under the stairs above the single bed 6) breakfast is pathetic, might as well don't provide
