8.0I booked this room through expedia and the rate was good but I did not know that it was a room rented by a hostess instead of a hotel. The room was nice but the front desk communication was confusing and no one was available to assist with luggage. The advertisement said there was a free shuttle to the airport but no one at the property was aware of it. There was not enough communication about check-in.
Fine apartment but poor communication
8.0Apartment fine. Communication poor, messages often not responded to . Transport transfer mired in lack of understanding what they will do and what they will charge?? It appears that this is outsourced by Unique homes and the cars provided are just about roadworthy.The Embassy Gardens suites complex is fine and recommended and there are many providers. My advice choose one that provides clear and good checking in information in a timely manner and responds quickly to any concerns.

10.0Well overall everything is alright. But l give a thumbs up for Jessica. I had a few problems but she went far and beyond to solve them. I am grateful.
