10.0Wilma, Peka, Anel, Sharon and the rest of the team were incredible! We stayed in April with my parents and had such a wonderful time. The guesthouse and rooms were beautifully turned out, with every attention to detail to make it feel extra special. The area was very peaceful yet well located for nearby wineries, restaurants and Stellenbosch centre - with Uber taxis readily available. The breakfast was delicious, complete with the best orange juice we've tasted and fresh homemade bread. It was beautifully presented and such a treat to enjoy every morning - made even lovelier by the amazing Wilma, Anel, Sharon and the whole team. Peka went above and beyond to help with restaurant bookings and ensure we had everything we needed each evening. We were made to feel completely at home. The lovely friendly team were the making of a truly memorable stay. Our only regret is that it has taken us so long to send this review! Thank you Simonzicht team for such a memorable experience, we really did not want to leave!

− Our room, number 2, felt a bit dark. It was nicely appointed, but felt a bit dreary because of the lack of light. The only other issue is that there wasn't any staff there overnight. We happened to be the only guests for two nights, so we felt somewhat abandoned and a bit spooked.
