We arrived late in the evening on my birthday, and the hotel surprised us by upgrading us to a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony for our first night. It was a very thoughtful gesture, and we really appreciated it. On the positive side, the breakfast was delicious. It offered the typical Turkish breakfast selection-nothing extravagant, but everything was fresh, tasty, and enjoyable. The hotel staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent, with everything within walking distance, and the hotel's design is modern, stylish, and very charming.

− The following day, we have had to move to our standard room. Unfortunately, the process was quite confusing. Throughout that process, we spoke to four different receptionists because no one seemed to know how to handle our reservation. Only after one of them made a phone call was the situation finally resolved. In the end, we were moved to a room on the first floor overlooking a construction site. We asked if it would be possible to upgrade to a better room and were willing to pay the difference, especially since there were vacant rooms available, but unfortunately no solution was offered. Another issue was that the room cleaning indicator was broken. It constantly displayed "Do Not Disturb" even though we had never activated it. As a result, our room was not cleaned even once during our four-night stay, despite the amount of sand we brought back from the beach every day. On our last day, one of the housekeepers kindly brought us bottled water, and we are very grateful for her kindness. It is also worth mentioning that the hotel does not have a private beach or provide sunbeds and umbrellas. This was disappointing because previous replies from the hotel on Booking mentioned that these facilities were available. Guests should also be aware that there is no on-site doctor or medical assistance. During our stay, I experienced a severe allergic reaction to the shower gel provided in the room dispenser. The reaction became so serious that it caused swelling of my airways. Fortunately, I was able to manage the situation myself, but I would strongly recommend that guests with allergies bring their own toiletries and necessary medication. One more thing that left us with mixed feelings was the parrots living at the hotel. It was sad to see them in relatively small cages placed in a pretty hot area with loud music nearby. We also noticed that some of them didn't appear to have water available.

Lokalizacja jest znakomita. Hotel jest utrzymany w ciekawym stylu. Super, że jest siłownia!

− Śniadania są mega słabe. Niewielki wybór i codziennie to samo. Kawa do śniadania tylko turecka, ale strasznie słaba, nie była dobra. Łazienka miała problemy techniczne: cały czas lała się woda w WC, obok toalety też stała woda na ziemi...

Good location, good breakfast, good restaurant on the ground floor, clean, kind staff

− I heard next door's TV sound quite clearly. But fortunately not at night... Curtains are not wide enough to cover the balcony window.
