We chose this hotel largely because the pool was one of the main amenities we wanted our children to
1.0− We chose this hotel largely because the pool was one of the main amenities we wanted our children to enjoy. The way this situation was handled borders on fraudulent conduct. I received an email only a couple of hours before check-in—when it was no longer possible to cancel my reservation—informing me that the pool was closed for maintenance and that my children would not be able to use it. I believe situations like this should be communicated well in advance, not at a point when guests no longer have the opportunity to cancel and choose another hotel.
Great location and facility, with a parking twist
8.0The facility itself was good and the location was perfect. However, the hotel parking lot was under construction and looked like it had been that way for quite some time. Since we were driving UTVs, the initial parking setup was a bit uncomfortable for us. Thankfully, on the second day, we were offered spaces in the underground parking lot, which was perfect.

5.0Clean. AC in room worked well. There is a microwave, coffee maker, and small fridge in the room.
− No beach access. You will have to get in your car and drive to where there is beach access; I do not believe it is within walking distance. No balcony. Staff somewhat friendly. The whole experience was okay.
