Lovely staff tired room.
8.0Lovely warm staff, room looked a bit tired, splash marks on the walls, veneer peeling off bathroom units, chipped bath. Bed was lovely and comfortable. Slightly disappointed that the restuarant didn’t serve any Scottish dishes at all or have any cask ales (particularly as it is a Marston’s pub).

6.0The hotel is becoming a bit run down. Our toilet smelled of rotten drains. Told reception but nothing was done about it. For 3 days there was a plastic container on the stairs so the cleaners didn’t go near there
