10.0I had a really great stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was very cozy, and everything in the room worked perfectly. The location is excellent, especially if you want to explore the area easily. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. I also felt safe during my stay, which is very important when traveling. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend this place. I would gladly stay here again.

10.0The owners were lovely. They really helped me to settle in. They were quick to respond. The apartment had everything I needed for my stay. The location was very convenient. Lots of cafes, supermarkets and restaurants within metres of the building. And the Venice Mall was a 5 minute walk away.
− I should have received a document before arrival to prove my booking to security at reception. I did not receive this and it took time for them to contact the owner. There were a few minutes where I thought they were not going to let me stay. That was a concern. The owner said they definitely sent it but I definitely did not receive it. The owners were wonderful people and I believe it was just an oversight. These things happen.

10.0The location. It's walking distance to a lot of attractions. But the best reason for me to come back is the warm hospitality James and Tin gave us. They helped us in everything like where to eat nearby and they kindly booked us with GRAB as we don't know how to use the app😂
