− Breakfast is not nice. Everything is plastic and food subpar. I would have been happy for some local food, rice with fish or similar, but trying to replicate a western breakfast made this a low quality experience. Besides, the checkin process is super slow. They have self-checkin machines but even with staff support, it takes quite a while.

5.0朝食が軽食ながらついていた。
− 東京都の方針とはいえ、一泊4万円超えの料金で部屋に髭剃りが無くて困った。 宅配を利用するにしても本館まで取りに行かないといかず、 受付時間も8時から18時と夜間に使えず、非常に使い勝手が悪い。改善してほしい。

8.0Sehr zentrale Lage, Nähe Shinagawa Station auf den man auch den Shikansen nach Osaka nehmen kann. JR Linie fährt von dort was das Erreichen von Sehenswürdigkeiten z.B. Shibuya oder Ginza erleichtert. HND Airport auch direkt mit der roten Linie erreichbar. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir hatten hauptsächlich im Bahnhof gefrühstückt. Zimmer wie in Japan üblich sehr sauber.
− Zimmer sehr klein, kein Schrank vorhanden, mit 2 großen Koffern ist die Bewegungsfreiheit stark eingeschränkt. Ein kleines Frühstück war vorhanden , war von der Auswahl sehr begrenzt und hat auch nicht geschmeckt. Im nahegelegenen Bahnhof gibt es sehr gute Frühstücksmöglichkeiten. Ab ca. 1.85m Körpergröße kann die Nutzung des Bads problematisch werden wegen des Raumangebotes.

7.0大廳協助我自助入住的員工很友善，距離品川站非常近
− 這棟的房間間距很近，隔音也不好，房門的衣櫃木板很容易因為衣架撞擊發出穿透牆壁的聲音，房客多為單純住宿的商機人士，所以出門早，作息不正常的人大概早上七點就被各種聲音吵醒，無法好好休息。
