− The doors/gates to the property weren't always open at the correct times & we were left waiting.
Cosy clean hotel
9.0Great hotel with very nice staff. Great little cabin with tea and biscuits and snacks. Great breakfast, we accidentally arrived after breakfast had ended, but the staff member kindly squeezed us in for a full english breakfast.
− Location is very nice, but a bit far out of Lymington. We had a car, so this was perfect, but it might be difficult without a car.

9.0Slept really well on a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and staff very welcoming. Lovely quiet location and particularly appreciated the leaflet with details of walks starting from the inn.
