4.0For 11 USD one cannot expect much, but atleast the shower should be repaired because we got electric shocks from the water and also by touching the knob. Apart from that it was satisfactory. The reception and Chef were also Ok. Our transfer to the SGR Nairobi terminus was perfect100%. Our driver was on time and also easy to talk to.
Bad experience
4.0Hot water non existent . No street signage so nearly impossible to find the hotel. We ordered food from their restaurant . They took the order then closed the kitchen - result was no food and no one to be seen .
Terrible experience
2.0First, the Hotel fails to pick me up from the Airport. When i arrived, i was given a room different from the one i booked. I booked a studio apartment but was given a single room without a lock. After complaining, i was given another single roon which i had no choice but accepting. I was really a terrible experience Also, the Hotel asked me to pay even though my credit card has also been charged. Basically, i paid twice for the room.
