6.0Beach front was nice, and food was decent.
− The parking was muddy and the wifi and phone reception was very bad, tv stations where only local. The room had a lot of pest i.e. ants and spiders. The room only had one outlet for charging phones etc.

4.0The location was great it was a good view also.
− When we arrived, the staff informed us that some walk-in guests had already been checked into the Family Guest House because they lost their internet connection around 3:00 PM, and our booking had not come through in their system. They explained that those guests would be transferred to another family room so we could have the Family Guest House. We understood the situation and patiently waited until the guests were transferred. When we entered the Family Guest House, we noticed that the third bedroom was extremely hot because the air conditioner was set to the heater mode. We adjusted the settings before going out, expecting the room to cool down. However, after more than two hours, we returned and found that the temperature had not changed. We called the staff, and although they tried to fix it, the issue remained unresolved. We also found a cockroach in the first bedroom, which was disappointing. While we appreciate the staff's efforts to assist us, we were disappointed that no service recovery was offered despite the inconveniences we experienced. We hope this feedback will help the property improve its processes and guest experience in the future.

Quiet, clean and relaxing venue
7.0Very clean resort and the staff were helpful and welcoming. Some nice upgrades since I last visited, Very relaxing area with a small beach at the back of the resort.
− Water pressure in the shower was low. Food finished at 6pm. If you tip give the tip directly to the person involved. Wifi is not great. Cell signal is poor

I would definitely stay there again and there isn’t really a lot of options available in palompon area
