10.0The hotel is very well located with a view of the harbor and easy access to the downtown area. It's a great place to spend the night before flying out since it's close to the airport (well, most of Tromso is close to the airport. it's very small).

8.0The hotel location is perfect for all the activities, there's taxi, bus ,boat or walk towards downtown. I like my hotel room is cozy & clean. And also the view it's waterfront, The staff were great friendly and they will respond to any question you have .The breakfast was very good a lot of choices hundreds.perhaps.If ever i will visit Tromso again I'll stay in the ssme hotel.

2.0This was are only BAD experience during two excellent weeks in Norway. I made a silly error by booking (and paying in advance for) the wrong week for our 3 night stay. I immediately realised my error and contacted them to ask to move our reservation forward one week. Rooms were available but I was told NO, it is a non-cancellable booking. Hard to believe. The booking agent, Expedia, were told the same thing, so I lost a lot of money. A dreadful approach to customer relationships. Just a shameless money grab. Avoid.

6.0Location is good. If you can get a room with a view that is nice. After that things start to go down hill. Parking is limited and expensive if you get a spot. Service is OK at best for front desk. Service at the restaurant is awful and dinner there was terrible. There are much better hotels close by for same price range but better quality and service.
