4.0The only reason i booked the hotel was the whirlpool hot tub. Was not working. Let staff know and they did not care.

4.0We have stayed here twice now and definitely won't be booking here again. Zack the employee that checked us in was incredibly rude to us when we checked in. He was also not very friendly last stay when we checked in. Last stay our room smelled like cigarettes even though it's a non-smoking room. Our room this time smelled like wet dog and the air conditioner is the loudest I've heard in a hotel.
