3.0Great location and a beautiful view from the room.
− The room was very dusty, and the pillows were too firm. The drinking water was provided in cans or Tetra Pak cartons, but although there were three people staying in the room, water was only provided for two. We constantly had to look for a housekeeper to ask for extra water because the phone in our room did not work throughout our entire stay. We reported the issue to the reception on the second day and asked for it to be fixed, but nothing was done.

8.0Situation exceptionnelle, au pied de l'arc de Triomphe et des Champs-Elysées. Métro à 50 M de l'hôtel. Personnel très professionnel, très réactif. Style Napoléonien très classe dans la chambre et toute la décoration. Petit déjeuner excellent
− un peu de laxisme au niveau du service de chambre (gel douche vide et pas rempli en 3 jours) Connectivité avec la TV aléatoire Chambre prête un peu tardivement mais le personnel a réagi de manière parfaitement adaptée.
