Well done - keep up the outstanding work!
10.0The location was very convenient for my work needs, and the price was very good. When I checked into the hotel, I was a little early, but the staff made arrangements for me. The extended stay room I had booked was newly renovated and suited my needs very well. The breakfast that is offered was above average, and delicious. I truly enjoyed interacting with the staff, who were friendly and helpful. I will gladly return to this hotel when in the Nashville area again.

Poor customer service
2.0Shuttle from airport is only 1 time per hour. Just missed shuttle and paid $23 for Uber to avoid waiting 1 hour. AC was off in room and temperature was at least 80. Asked for 2 keys and was told o had to come back in the morning to get second key. Will not return again.
Convenient Location, Disappointing Stay
4.0I stayed here for four nights while attending a conference. Unfortunately, while the location was convenient, the overall experience was disappointing enough that I would not stay here again. The biggest positive was the location. It's right off the highway, making it easy to get to and from the conference and other destinations. The hotel appears to have been recently updated, at least based on the online photos. While some renovations had been completed, the finished product wasn't quite as polished or well-executed as the pictures suggested. Our room was generally clean when we first arrived. However, there were several issues throughout our stay. The room itself had a major design flaw. The blackout curtains did not fully cover the window, allowing parking lot lights and highway traffic lights to shine into the room all night. To make matters worse, there was a large mirror directly across from the window that reflected the light directly onto the bed. I ended up hanging a towel over part of the window just to reduce the light enough to sleep, and light still came in from underneath the curtains. Housekeeping was another disappointment. Rooms are not cleaned daily, which is understandable, but guests are instructed to leave their trash and dirty towels in the hallway for pickup. While the bags and towels were generally picked up, the hallways were constantly cluttered throughout the day. At one point, food had spilled out of someone's trash bag and remained on the hallway floor for approximately three days before it was finally cleaned up. Every day there was some type of trash or debris in the hallways, making the common areas look neglected. Although the hotel itself wasn't especially noisy, management placed business travelers on the same floor as what appeared to be a middle school travel soccer team. The kids frequently sat in the hallways with their room doors propped open, running between rooms. At one point the fire alarm went off, and immediately afterward the kids could be heard laughing and running back into their rooms. Whether or not they were responsible, it added to the overall chaotic atmosphere. Customer service also left a lot to be desired. At check-in, the front desk couldn't locate our reservation because it had been booked under La Quinta, while the hotel was operating under Hawthorn. All of my confirmation paperwork listed La Quinta. The employee also insisted I had booked an accessible room before claiming they were "upgrading" us, when in reality they assigned us the king room we had originally reserved. I wasn't looking for an upgrade—it just felt misleading to present it that way. Throughout our stay, several calls to the front desk went unanswered. When checking out around 3:00 a.m., there was no one at the desk, and we had to wait while someone came out from the back, where it appeared they had been sleeping. One of the most frustrating issues was the internet and TV service. It rained or thunder stormed nearly every day we were there, and every time it rained the TV service went down. While the Wi-fi did not go down every time it rained it still had glitches. That meant we couldn't even stream anything from our phones to the TV. The hotel also only offered an open guest Wi-Fi network. With the large youth sports group staying at the hotel for most of our visit, the network became so overloaded that I frequently couldn't connect my laptop to get work done during my business trip. The amenities were also lacking. The room only included small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion—there was no body soap, and we had to request more soap every day. The complimentary hot breakfast was cold every morning. Overall, while the location was convenient and the property looked updated, the service, neglected common areas, unreliable Wi-Fi and TV, poor room design, breakfast, and overall management made this a disappointing stay. There were simply too many recurring issues for what was supposed to be a business trip, and I would not choose this hotel again.
It was a place to rest my head
7.0It was decent, there was maintenance being done in the front lobby smelled really bad gave me a migraine
