2.0Room and bathroom was disgusting. Hair in shower. Couch was stained with a red substance. No good amenities for the room to be a suite. Smelled like smoke and urine. Would never stay again.

4.0I liked the layout of the property and unit. The staff was helpful. The roaches and gnats were a concern. I planned a 30 day stay, but had to cancel those plans. The couch, curtains and carpet were dirty and deeply stained.

2.0Bugs everywhere/trash on floor, dirty room. We got locked in the room because the door was broken. Mold on the vents. Customer service was horrible and they didn’t care that the room was nasty.

4.0The staff was very nice, but the hotel is falling apart. I stay at Sonesta's, and they are wonderful hotels, but this one is forgotten about, has no amenities, has no breakfast, and there seems to be a lack of morale from the employees. Treat the employees better and bring the life back to the hotel. This is a disgrace!
