8.0Spacious and clean room. Love the layout and the walk-in shower. Breakfast option are great. The mini waffles and pancakes were cute.

1.0Reserve una habitación con bañera por mi hijo . Llegue y me dieron una para discapasitados qué no tenía bañera . La señorita que me atendió totalmente desagradable e irrespetuosa. cuando pedi que me cambiaran de habitación me trató totalmente disconforme por mi reclamo . Pedí habalr con el mana ger y se molesto y llamo a la policía sin ningún motivo . Tuve que pasar por un momento totalmente incomodo innecesario. Con la policía de por medio me cambiaban de habitación con un costo de 140 extras una locura totalmente. Pague por la habitación que despues querian que pagará 140 mas . Ahi adjunte unas fotos para que vean el estado de la habitación . Sucio con mal olor y totalmente falto de mantenimiento.

5.0Responsive staff.
− There was an issue with the TV not working so we switched rooms. This may have been due to a recent severe storm. However, I was more concerned about the level of mold around the bottom of the shower in that room anyway. The room we were switched to has the same mold problem but to a much lesser degree. Also, keep in mind, we checked in 3 adults, yet were only supplied with one washcloth. Pay attention to the number of people checking in and supply the appropriate amount of linen please.
