10.0Nagyszerű lokáció, abszolút pihentető! Aki ide megérkezett, nem akar elmenni! A szobák rendkívül jól felszereltek, a medencék végtelenül hangulatosak , az étel egyszerűen fantasztikus, a személyzet maximálisan segítőkész! A lehető legjobb választás a pihenni vágyóknak !

1.0− My stay at Ocean Terrace Suite and Spa was extremely disappointing. While the location is genuinely excellent, that’s unfortunately where the positives end. The property is very poorly maintained and lacks even the most basic hospitality standards. There is no manager on-site, minimal staff, no room service, and not even a telephone in the room. Every time you need assistance, you’re forced to walk down two floors to the reception — which becomes frustrating very quickly. The most alarming experience was when I got locked inside the washroom due to a faulty sliding door. I was stuck for nearly 45 minutes. There was no urgency or proper response from the staff. When someone finally came to help, they didn’t even have basic tools — they were literally using a stone to fix the door mechanism. That tells you everything about the level of maintenance here. This isn’t just inconvenience — it’s a serious safety concern. Overall, this property needs immediate attention from the owner. Basic upkeep, proper staffing, and safety measures are non-negotiable. Until that happens, I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here.

10.0J’ai trouvé que le personnel et l’emplacement était vraiment très bien, nous avions un Scooter ce qui rendait nos déplacements très facile. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et très propre, nous reviendrons sans hésitation.
