10.0The staff were fantastic and always ready to help - Sara in particular was an amazing host and very kind. Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the location right in the center of Pistoia was perfect for exploring on foot. Breakfast was a real highlight - not just the food, but the atmosphere too, with gentle classical music playing in a beautifully decorated room.

9.0Mi è piaciuta molto la camera, sia per le dimensioni che per la pulizia, ed è stato davvero piacevole soggiornare in un contesto storico così affascinante. Ottima anche la posizione, vicina al centro storico. La colazione era ricca e ben servita. Un ringraziamento speciale allo staff, sempre gentile, disponibile e accogliente.
− L'unica piccola nota riguarda il refrigeratore sul soppalco, che durante il mese di luglio non riusciva a rinfrescare l'ambiente in modo sufficiente.
