Nice property. Nasty evening front desk staff.
1.0− Front desk staff member was rude in a very nice nasty type of way. I booked a room with a view but only got a view of the roof. I was then told that they were all booked when I asked to switch rooms, then the excuse switched to I didn’t book a room with a view. The nice nasty front desk lady also said I would not be refunded if I didn’t accept the room. I would never go back.
