1.0− This is not a hotel but a homestay, which was not clearly stated on Booking.com. I arrived at 1 a.m. to what turned out to be a private house. Communication before arrival was nonexistent — I didn’t even receive an email informing me that they only accept cash. The property is located right next to a very busy highway. I experienced a very unsafe and stressful situation at 6 a.m. when I was trying to leave for the airport. Honestly, had I known, I would have preferred to sleep on an airport bench rather than go through this experience.

9.0If you need somewhere close to the airport, stay here! The couple that own it are lovely, I felt incredibly welcomed by them and the breakfast was tasty :)

Close stay to the airport
7.0The owner is a sweet heart. She makes you feel like family. Willing to adapt and help. The village shops are good, kind people, good food and products. 10 minutes from the airport, safer and nicer than Quito itself. Bed is good, price as well.
− The hostel has a certain age and it feels like cleanliness, fixing/maintenance is not up to date. Okay/good for 1 night before leaving country.
