ein prima Aufenthalt im großen Bad Füssing für ein paar Erholungs-Badetage!
9.0Frühstücks-Buffet war ausgezeichnet! Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat, waren die Saunen und Swimmingpool im Dachgeschoß! Der junge Service (Azubis ?) überaus freundlich.
− Man hätte uns als Erstbesucher mit Koffer aufs Zimmer führen können?
Preis und Leistung passen hier leider nicht zusammen
3.0Wir hatten das Hotel für zwei Nächte für zwei Personen gebucht. Der Gesamtpreis inklusive Frühstück, Mittagessen und Abendessen lag bei 840 €. Ein durchaus stolzer Preis. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel – zumindest nach dem Standard, den ich von anderen 4-Sterne-Häusern gewohnt bin – sollte das aber auch entsprechend etwas bieten. Zudem hatte ich mich bei der Buchung an den Bewertungen orientiert. Im Nachhinein fiel mir jedoch auf, dass es für die sehr hohe Besucherzahl des Hotels erstaunlich wenige Rezensionen gibt. Zunächst das Positive: Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und bemüht.
− Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel waren wir bereits bei der Anreise enttäuscht: Mit Gepäck und Zimmersuche wurden wir allein gelassen. Das Zimmer war zwar rustikal, jedoch teilweise staubig, das Bett quietschte laut und die Klimaanlage fiel trotz Reparatur nach kurzer Zeit erneut aus. Obwohl freie Zimmer verfügbar waren, wurde uns keine Alternative angeboten. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt: Während der Abendessenszeit von 18:30 bis 20:30 Uhr werden nahezu alle Pools, Saunen und Thermen geschlossen. Nach dem Abendessen bleibt somit kaum eine Möglichkeit, den Abend im Hotel zu verbringen – außer an der Bar oder Zimmer. Auf der Homepgae stehen die Öffnungszeiten nicht gut ersichtlich da. Das Essen war am ersten Abend sehr gut. Am zweiten Abend wurde Surf and Turf serviert. Optisch ansprechend, qualitativ jedoch enttäuschend: Das Steak war völlig übergart, hatte keine erkennbare Faserstruktur mehr und erinnerte eher an Leber als an Rindfleisch. Beide Teller gingen nahezu unangetastet zurück in die Küche. Auf unsere Nachfrage konnte die Servicekraft keine Auskunft zur Zubereitung geben, und es wurde offenbar auch nicht versucht, Rücksprache mit der Küche zu halten. Weder erhielten wir eine Entschuldigung noch wurde eine Wiedergutmachung angeboten. Auch die Pasta beim Brunch entsprach aus unserer Sicht nicht dem Niveau eines 4-Sterne-Hotels. Der größte Kritikpunkt: die Getränkeregelung. Bei einer als „All Inclusive“ beworbenen Buchung mussten Basic Getränke zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Dies wurde bei der Buchung nicht ausreichend deutlich kommuniziert. Entsprechend überrascht waren wir, dass weitere Getränkekosten anfielen. Mein Fazit: Das Hotel hat durchaus einige positive Seiten, insbesondere das freundliche Personal. Angesichts des Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses würde ich den Aufenthalt jedoch nicht weiterempfehlen. Eine deutliche Preisanpassung nach unten wäre aus meiner Sicht angebracht. Zu den aktuellen Konditionen gibt es viele attraktivere Alternativen.
