Room was great, amenities were lacking for our specific situation!
4.0Breakfast staff was lovely, amazing, and kind. They did a great job! Check in and out was easy.
− Pool was closed, which would've been nice to know in advance of check in. TV did not allow any streaming/shows via device or login, and it took an hour for someone to get up to our room from when I called the desk just to relay that message. I had 3 kids with me who I had brought purposefully to swim and have a movie night, so it was kind of a bummer just for our specific situation. When I called customer service, they told us we could swim at another hotel in the chain, but when I got there with the kids they said no. Which is fine, but again I wish customer service hadn't sent us there across town under the impression that we'd be able to. We were then told another Hampton Inn would let us use their pool, and when we got there they had no idea what we were talking about. However, the desk worker there was extremely kind and allowed us to use the pool.

− There wasn't anything we didn't like. Our toilet seat was loose and when we checked out, I told the young man and he didn’t seem to care.
